On Tuesday each week, Sterling Meal Prep posts a new listing of menu items for delivery the following Sunday. When you place your order, be it standard, extra protein or the vegan/vegetarian option, your delivery will include a varied selection of meals from our current menu or you can choose how many of each meal you'd like. We help you stay on track with delicious, healthy eating so you can stay focused on all that other fun stuff.

Orders need to be placed by 7:00 PM on Thursday for Sunday delivery/pick-up.

menu for the week of 01.20.19

Regular

Meal 1 – Turkey Chili – ground turkey, ancho chilies, tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, onions, celery. Served with GF/Vegan cornbread

Meal 2 –  Kalua Pork (slow roasted salted pork) with roasted sweet potatoes & sautéed cabbage

Meal 3 –  Lemon & Cumin Roasted Chicken  – with green beans, roasted butternut squash & cauliflower       

Meal 4 – Grilled Thai Chicken Thighs -  veggie stir fried rice noodles, broccoli & bok choy

Vegan

Meal 1 – Veggie Chili – soy curls, ancho chilies, tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, onions, celery. Served with GF/Vegan cornbread

Meal 2 –  Kalua Jack Fruit -  with roasted sweet potatoes & sautéed cabbage

Meal 3 –  Lemon & Cumin Roasted Tempeh  – with green beans, roasted butternut squash & cauliflower

Meal 4 – Grilled Thai Tofu -  with veggie stir fried rice noodles and sauteed greens

Meal 1 – Chicken Enchiladas with a Red Sauce - cashew cheese & a black bean, butternut squash & poblano salad

Meal 2 – Old Fashioned Beef Stew - caramelized onion mashed potatoes,  sauté of wild mushrooms & roasted Brussels sprouts

Meal 3 –  Tom Kha Gai (Chicken Thai soup) – Chicken & mushrooms with seasonal vegetables served with a curry and coconut-infused broth with fresh lemongrass and ginger over a side of brown rice

Meal 4 – Roasted Pork Loin  - over braised red cabbage, roasted green beans, apples & onions

Vegan

Meal 1 - Soyrizo Enchiladas with a Red Sauce - cashew cheese & a black bean, butternut squash & poblano salad

Meal 2 – Farro & Wild Mushroom over Roasted Delicata Squash- caramelized onion mashed potatoes & roasted Brussels sprouts
